Have you ever taken a poop, then went to wipe and there was nothing there? Remember how great that felt? Well, it's like that EVERY TIME with King Toilet! (That's what we call this in my home now: King Toilet). I've always been a fella who likes to keep his bottom clean and fresh, and have always made an effort to do so...but my bottom has NEVER been this clean in my entire life! OMFG! Why are these not MANDATORY in America?!? There's no good reason. And as the title states, if you don't have one of these then your butt is living a lie! This is a MUST HAVE. You'll never look at regular toilets the same again!Ok, so my gushing(see what I did there?) review aside, here's some quick points:Really easy to install! It took me literally 30 minutes max. The directions aren't the greatest, but this is a pretty straight forward install so it's not like it really matters. No extra parts are *needed* but I do recommend getting a little extension tube thingy for the water connection(about $5 at lowe's) and an extension cord for the power if your outlet isn't very near the toilet.Great Features: the only thing it's missing compared to some of the higher end models is the detachable remote and the water circulating in the bowl when you first sit down. It has everything else, like adjustable pressure, adjustable nozzle, seat warmer, water warmer, temp control, etc.Well made. Mostly plastic, but still sturdy nonetheless...I have a pretty big butt and haven't broken it yet, so there ya go.

We lived in Japan a few years ago, and always had the idea of getting a bidet once we moved back stateside. The great TP hoarding event of 2020 finally pushed us over the edge.This product is missing some bells-and-whistles that are available on top-line units, but it has all the features you need (I mean, who needs a remote control for their bidet anyway? That seems like one of my kids designed it so they could surprise me in the middle of my business). Installation was super easy, the seat warmer always works, the water coming out is always warm, and it's easy to take off for cleaning.I might get the C100 if purchasing again. The pre-misting of the bowl is a nice touch, and having the air dryer as an option would be good. Even without those features (and some of the more extravagant ones, like an inline heater, or remote-controlled toilet seat) the A100 is a great unit that is worth the cost if all you need is to feel cleaner.

I have installed another TOTO washlet with a remote controller in the master bath 10 years ago the installation was easy and it worked great and we love it. Lately the wife demands other baths should have a washlet too as she wants a nice warm seat for all the toilets in the house because the freezing temperatures in New York the past few weeks. Okay, did the search and decided on the TOTO A100 as we agreed dryer is not needed, so purchased two A100 from Amazon.The pieces arrived in two days as usual with Amazon Prime. Installed one in 20 minutes without any problems and it works fine as it supposed to. The wife loves it and I got a compliment.Continue working on the second unit and half way done installation I was unable attaching the supplied water junction tee to the toilet tank inlet, wondering if I cross threaded the plastic inlet valve, removed the piece and inspected the connections and unexpectedly found the water junction tee has a different size (3/4”) coupling. Stopped all the works and ran to the big box stores tried to get some adapters or different hoses for connection but noting works. Disappointed, went home, undo everything and put back the old toilet seat. Waste of time and very frustrated.The water junction tee should be a 7/8” BC connector which is a US standard for all toilet water supply inlet valves. How a same model same production lot washlet came with two different parts? One works and the other do not. Where is the TOTO quality control?I sent a message to TOTO customer service 5 days ago and no response. Meanwhile the washlet is sitting in the garage and it may have to go back to Amazon.To be fair, the A100 has good features, works fine and decent priced. However, the quality control and the customer service are subpar causing unnecessary troubles to the customers and mess up a good product.Updates: spoke to the customer service and got the replacement junction tee and finished the installation. The process took 2 1/2 weeks for the replacement part. I would now rate the product to a 4 star.
