T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle 10.25 Inch Oven Broiler Safe 500F Cookware, Pots and Pans, Dishwasher Safe Grey

I first bought a set of T-Fal "Ultimate Hard Anodized" frying pans that came in three different sizes a little over a week ago. They had the star-like heating pattern on the bottom of the pan and the inside of the pan had a tiny square-like texture or pattern in it along with the red logo. I then purchased the T-Fal 10" "Ultimate Hard Anodized" griddle to complete my set of pans. Right off I noticed it didn't have that star heating pattern on the bottom of the pan nor the texture or pattern inside the pan like my other set of "Ultimate Hard Anodized" pans. That could be due to it's thinner bottom that didn't allow for the same heat pattern to be stamped on the bottom as the other more thicker fry pans. I did check the bottom to see if it laid flat with no slight bulge in the middle as I've seen in other griddles I've bought and no uneven corners. It was true to the quality I expected it to be and was perfectly flat. I'm sure that this griddle will perform just as well as the other T-Tal pans I've bought and would recommend it.

We use this for heating tortillas and cooking pancakes (I use Kodiak Cakes brand).After over a year, this is still in great shape and has not warped being used on two different ceramic top stoves, sometimes being left on a hot burner by accident while we continue to eat.Don't use the dishwasher, though--not that we had a bad experience, but I believe it has stayed in such great shape because I only clean it with damp paper towels and non-abrasive sponges, then dry it and store it. I think dishwashers ruin non-stick faster than handwashing.
