Good taste with smoothies.

I add the unflavored to my morning protein smoothie and other that having a green shake it is very good. No stevia which actually was a selling point. All in all I like it very well. It has loads of good things to enhance my nutrition.

I love this stuff! I trust Garden of Life products and the quality is always the best. I add these packets to my morning green smoothie for an added boost. My favorite combo is: Coconut Water, Parsley, Dandelions, Spinach, one packet of Perfect Green Super Food, and one packet of Raw Protein (both by GOL). Could not start the day any better!!

I don't even remember how many times I've purchased this, but it's been a lot. I have this order on auto-ship since it's become such a staple in my overall diet. I was researching the best greens powders to use and this one kept popping up. The original flavor does not contain any stevia or added sugars and it also contains a variety of different fruits, vegetables, greens, and probiotics.I mix one scoop into a glass of water with an electric mixer and it breaks up very easily.It does taste like straight up grass water, but I've gotten so accustomed to the taste that it doesn't even phase me anymore. I actually look forward to it LOL. I've read that the flavored ones taste better, but I always buy the original since I don't want anything with stevia in it (sometimes it can cause bloating).As for my gut health (which is what I initially bought this for), I do think it helps clear up my stomach. I noticed that it reduced my bloating and made it easier to go to the bathroom. I like to drink it in the morning after I've had my water and it makes a huge difference. It also makes me feel refreshed and healthy as well. If you're in the market for a great greens powder, I would highly recommend this!

This product has benefited me since I decided to take my health seriously. I put it in my smoothies or mix it into my water, and my bloating and energy have improved dramatically. I love how easy it is to get my daily greens without cooking.

EDIT: I added an extra star as I found an easier way to fix the flavor. I add 1/4 t vitamin C powder per serving. The extra acid completely resolves the cloying sweetness. It's still sweet, but in a much more pleasant mellow way. I have yet to try the original flavor, but I would consider buying the Apple flavor again.I wanted to buy the plain version, but they were out. The apple version is disgustingly sweet (why do they always make things so sweet?!!! Health supplement consumers are not sugar addicts!). I am able to finish the jar by adding the juice of a whole lemon to each drink (1 scoop). Fortunately I have a lemon tree just outside my door. It's not an ideal solution but helps a lot. Otherwise the product seems good, and the flavor (minus the sweetness) is fine. Smells fresh, which is what is probably the most important factor in a product like this. I will repurchase when the plain is available.
