The big spray handle made it very easy to spray and direct the spray. I like the big bottle too because it will stand up better on a soft surface like a bed. This spray is excellent for treating open wounds. It softens debris making it it easy to debride wounds and it never causes any pain or stinging at all. We learned about it from the hospital wound team and have been thrilled to find it on Amazon. We used it on wounds from open compound fracture wounds. It is a must have for a first aid kit as well.

My wife has pressure ulcers on her heels. I use the wash to flush her wounds before dressing them. It is impossible to say if the Cleanser is effect or not. I can say that the product does not burn when sprayed into the open wounds which is very important. The product is probably no better or worse than any other similar product. I would go for price per ounce as the determining factor when buying a wound cleanser unless someone can provide additional information that suggests there is a more compelling reason to select another product.

I'm going to have to figure out a macro or something for these products that really can't fail to be what they are, no matter where you get them.

I ordered this as it was the medicine they were using on my husband after a triple by-pass!! We let the soap and water floe over his cut, pat him dry and softly dab this on his scare with a clean gauge. It worked! His scar has lost all of the redness and roughness it had and is looking very good. All in a months time.remember, use it every day to get the full benefit!

CarraKlenz is an Excellent wound cleaner. I have used it on my horse, my dogs, and myself. It cleans the injury and facilitates the healing process. Depending on the injury, it can sting a little bit. When my horse has a scrape as sees me grab the bottle, he trots off the other direction - lol. A very good product and worth the $.
