Better than expected
Bought in April 2017. Regular summer riding and some winter riding.*Fit*I am 5' 10" 175lbs. Pant size is 33/30. This suit fits well with the exception of the legs being slightly longer than I would like and the collar being too small to fasten the top snap, especially with cold weather gear. The elastic straps with snaps that tighten the elbow pads to your arms are mostly useless. They almost always pop off during a ride and would certainly do nothing during a slide. If you have skinnier arms, best to come up with a different solution.*Comfort*Hot - The internal mesh front and vents in the back keep you cool as long as you don't have a backpack on.Cold - With the zip in insert, a balaclava, and some thermals, this suit is good to freezing. With heated gear, you could probably ride much colder.Wet - waterproofing seems to be mostly intact after 2.5 years. No complaints.Good ride comfort. It has a low coefficient of drag, which reduces buffeting. Properly adjusted, it doesn't bind or hike up too bad. I wouldn't wear shorts underneath, since those will bunch up.Putting it on and taking it off are simple enough but take a couple minutes. If you are on a long ride and need to take a #2, take the suit off in the parking lot because you will definitely be dragging it around on the bathroom floor if you try to do it in the stop.*Safety*At almost exactly 2 years ALL THE ARMOR except the spine protector CRUMBLED. Do not expect the armor to save you after the 2 year mark. I bought replacements. The spine protector that comes with it is pretty cheesy. Best to replace that, too.If you drop your bike in this thing, I would not reuse it.*Conclusion*If you are looking for your first full suit, even if you have the money for something better, I would get this one. You can see what you like about it and what could be improved, then find something that works the best for you later.

Quality product
This suit is well-made. I've had this suit for 2 months now - I commute in it 4-5 days /week. It keeps me dry in Seattle rain. When worn over jeans and a t-shirt, it is comfortable in temperatures down to the mid-40s. When worn over jeans and a light polar fleece jacket, it is comfortable in temperatures down to the upper 20's. I've not yet worn it in warmer weather without the zip-out insulated liner. There a plenty of waterproof pockets.Another rider commented to me that I was really visible in this suit.I'm 5'10", 175 pounds, and my size Large suit fits great. There are several snaps/buckles/belts to adjust the suit. The suit is easy to get into and out of.Neck coverage leaves some bare skin exposed below the helmet. After 15 miles in the rain, your shirt collar *will* get wet. That's my only complaint about the suit.I like the suit and would definitely buy it again.

I bought the large and it fits very nice. I'm 6' tall
I bought the large and it fits very nice. I'm 6' tall, 185lbs. I wear medium/large shirts, and 32/32 jeans. The thing I don't like is that the neck is too tight. I wear dress shirts with a 16.5" neck. This feels like the neck is a 15". When I wear it with a balaclava I leave the top button unbuttoned and just deal with a tiny bit of extra wind. I've only had it in light rain so far, and it kept me dry. I've worn it as cold as 39 degrees with Cycle Gear Freeze-Out pants/jacket under it and I was chilly but not uncomfortable/dangerous. I should note that generally I get cold easily. I'll update this review when I've had it in a proper rainstorm. The hip pockets are good. The chest pocket is placed such that its hard to access. At night this suit has great visibility from all sides.

great ventilation and plenty of cargo pockets
It's not a $1500 goretex masterpiece, but it is entirely a solid suit with decent armor, great ventilation and plenty of cargo pockets. -1 star for not being completely waterproof. It's very warm with the full length liner in. So far been down to 28 degrees F at highway speeds with no problem that was Joe Rocket's fault.

Do not waste your money thinking this suit will keep you dry
I am not sure why people dare to post reviews when they have not even used the suit.... lack of common sense obviously. It is not 100% waterproof. Do not waste your money thinking this suit will keep you dry....It will protect you, as I agree when they say it is well built. But it is not 100% waterproof.

Check Button Snaps
I think this is a nice suit with great removable liner plus armor at knees, elbow, shoulders, and back. I do notice there is not armor at hips. I think it a great suit for the $362 price I paid via Amazon Prime. I had problems with receiving the one piece suit twice. I returned both because one button snap was defective; one had missing snap on front edge piece covering the main front zipper; suit 2 had a defective snap on top leg pocket. I returned the suit because that is not acceptable to me on a brand new suit. ...There are lot of button snaps on this Joe Rocket Suit, and I encourage you to check em all if your order this suit. ... I might try a 3rd order later, but currently asking for a refund. ... Re: Sizing; I am 5-11" and 160 lbs; and the Large size fit me good though the legs length was a longer than I prefer form my 32" inseam (while likely would be OK for moto rides).

Fantastic value!
Most of the protection and convenience of an Aerostitch riding suit, for a fraction of the price!Big Air ventilation system makes it comfortable even in high 80 deg GA weather.
