The Stainless Steel Biscuit Cutter by Kitchen Mate is a very durable and well made kitchen utensil. These biscuit cutters are made of stainless steel and come in five sizes. I love the handle on these cutters which makes it easier to have a firmer grip to press and release your dough. I love that the cutters fit inside of each other with a ring to hold them together to make them compact for easier storage. These biscuit cutters come in a small plastic box. They are not just great for making biscuits, but they are excellent for cutting out cookies, donuts, mini pizzas, scones and sandwiches. I used the cutters to make donuts and I liked the way they cut through the dough. This was my first time of making donuts and I did not like the texture of them, but I will be using these cutters again to make them again. Hopefully, this time they come out great. I recommend these biscuit cutters to anyone who wants to make their experience in the kitchen a lot easier and creative with the many uses of these utensils.

These cookie cutters are strong, durable and made to last! The ends are blunt, but slice through chocolate chips very easily with just a little bit of pressure. The handles on top make baking so much easier! The handles help keep your cutout precise, provided you pull on it the right way. Very easy to use and wash. The bonus for me is the steel ring that came with it. I am one of those people who HAVE to be organized. This ring allows for all the cutters to stay together and is so easy to unlatch when you need to use them again.When these arrived my stepdaughter and I decided to test them out on chocolate chip cookie dough. She washed them up for us before we got started. Most of the time I rolled out the dough. I did have to make a large ball with the dough before rolling out because it wanted to stick to the rolling pin. The cookie cutters, however, did not stick to the dough. We have used other cookie cutters in the past that aren't the quality of these. I'm well pleased with this set. I come from a family of bakers and will be recommending these to them and anyone else in need of a set. I can't wait to try them out on homemade biscuits!
