Magic Island Vol.5

I appreciate Roger's attempt to help me forget about Vol. 4. Most of disc 1 and a couple of tracks on disc 2 are worthy of listening to at the beach, as the title implies. However, he seems to still prefer to go with his "Pumpin' Island" style choice of tracks as filler, which in my opinion still doesn't work in neither his compilations nor his radio show. I believe the best solution for Vol. 6 would be if he used mostly the tracks he created before 2008 (seeing as how Iberican Ways in this current compilation is the clear winner). Overall a good compilation, if the listener knows which tracks to listen to at the right time.

too dance oriented for what we expected but many others will enjoy it

Item arrived on time and is exactly as advertised!

Roger Shah is one of my favorite musicians and I have all of his magic island cds., although I don't like his 4th all that much. This one is a great improvement on that and a very enjoyable listening experience especially if you listen to both cds in a row.It makes a very pleasant journey as both cds have some very special nice tracks on there.The second cd is a bit more upbeat and some of the tracks are just amazing.I would recommend this cd to anyone who likes listening to the combination of great sounds that are happening in your ears.Once again thank you Roger Shah for your great music.

Volume 5 inferiore al 6 ma in linea con il genere che solo Roger Shah sa dare nella sue compilation "Music For Balearic People". Roger Shah stupisce soprattutto nel secondo CD, dove le tracce rientrano nel suo genere TRANCE. In sintesi, consigliato...ma solo se avete già comprato il 6. Voto : 7/10

Great cd and worth noting that it's trance music but great trance music.
