DPI 48volt 17amp Golf Cart Battery Charger with EZ-Go TXT-48V Connector

Purchased 5 months ago....couldn't be happier. Use for my golf cart daily.

Let me start with, I have 8 ezgo limo carts, so I’m always looking for lesser priced parts. Purchased two of these chargers to replace the old existing chargers that are weak. Both worked great for 2 months. Yesterday one quit charging(turns on for about a minute and then turns right back off) I swapped to a “ezgo” charger thinking I had a bad battery but, it charged it with zero issues. I’m a pretty understanding guy so I messaged the seller to get an exchange or a refund because parts fail, and the other charger still works fine. The response I received from the seller was “you need to deal with the manufacturer”. This is completely unacceptable, I did not purchase them straight from the manufacturer therefore I should not be dealing with the manufacturer. If I purchase a product from you I expect full support for the life of the warranty.To conclude this review, I do not recommend purchasing through this seller. The one charger that is still working seems to be charging fine.
