Printer won't accept toner cartridge, "Remove Shipping Lock"
I ordered the 4 colors in advance of needed them. That was my mistake. When I finally needed to use one of the colors, I followed the instructions (removing the orange plastic shield, shaking the cartridge, and removing the sealing tape). After installing the toner cartridge, the printer attempted to initialize and then showed the error "Remove Shipping Lock".I had already removed the tape and plastic shield. I followed HP's instructions and the "Ink e Sale" toner cartridge still is not accepted by the printer.

Junk product and seller
Sat for a a couple months before my toner ran out. Printer wouldn’t accept the cartridge. Too late to return through Amazon, seller wouldn’t respond to emails. Money lost.
