lo trovo un ottimo tape da usare come stabilizzatore in certi movimenti (polsi e caviglie soprattutto, ma anche singole dita) e come rinforzo ai guanti o da applicare sotto i vestiti se ci sono punti di sfregamento che magari certi esercizi sollecitano troppo. molto stabile, molto ben fatto, per nulla elastico. si attacca che è un piacere e può anche essere riposizionato: basterà premerlo bene e tornerà ad attaccare come al primo uso.
