The original package went missing on my doorstep and the seller promptly replaced it without hassle. That's 5 stars for the seller. The product itself is everything I hoped it would be and I have yet to have any problems with it, seems like a quality product.

This is absolutely a great lead! I have my two Airedale terriers hooked together on a coupler lead and I hook this bungee leash to the coupler and then around my waist and I'm all set to go. It's really handy to put my phone and ID and a little snack in the mesh bag attached to the belt. Hands free and they follow right behind or beside me. This is one product I'm so glad I purchased. Oh...I also use the belt with the mesh bag to put my phone and ear plugs in while I'm mowing the lawn. Love it.

If have 10 Stars ,i will give 10! This is the best hands free dog leash i have ever bought.The clips used to connect lead to dog and around ind your waist are very good quality, strong and will not break easily! I've got an American bull dog and the lead is so useful in them "hands free" situations! As she is a strong dog I found it good to use a short lead also attached for extra control but then when I wanted I could drop the short lead and let her have some freedom on the elastic... perfect lead for training also as it is light weight you can control as little or as much as you want. The belt around your waist in comfortable and can adjust easily to fit, the removable pouch I found was excellent as well, good quality and very handy for doggy bags, mobile and keys... this lead is a great purchase and would recommend for those who want to give their dogs and themselves that bit more freedom whilst walking, for stronger/larger dogs The lead is strong and good control but I would recommend a shorter lead also attached so if needed you can have that extra control. Overall it's a fantastic item!Absolutely Recommend this product and seller !

The D ring can get in way of adjusting it small enough - the company has a video but if you need it small slide D rings to each other. I missed this in beginning and posted that it did not adjust small enough (29"). A couple of days later the seller contacted me with more information.They obviously are concerned about customer satisfaction and I am happy to update my review to state that it works well for its purpose when adjusted properly.

Hardwre too large for my yorkies and leash a little short for small dogs but i think would b good for med or large dog ..gave it to someone wth a med-large dog.

I use this for jogging with my Australian shepherd. It is perfect for my early morning runs

I was unsure of what exactly to expect when ordering this product. The idea of a hands-free dog leash is a great concept, but I was concerned about it performance. I found this product over-all to be wonderful. The design is great and it's made of durable materials. The bungee cord allows the dog to move a distance from you, but not to far to endanger them or yourself. I love the added zipper pouch attached to the belt. It's perfect for a cellphone, house keys, dog treats etc. to go in. I did find that leaving the adjustable waist belt a little loose worked best. As my pup is only 4 months old and going through the training process. Leaving the belt lose allowed her to move from one side to the other and the belt would just rotate around my waist. As she grasp the command of HEEL, I will of course tighten the waist belt of to restrict her more. I would def recommend this product to anyone who is in to outdoors exercise, someone who may have weakness in their arms limiting their ability to still walk the dog...or just anyone who is looking for a new way to get active with your pet. Satisfied overall!
