Strong smell and taste for sure
This is my second day taking the BSO and to me it smells of turpentine and gives me the same feeling of a turpentine cleanse with sugar cubes. Definitely take it with a meal or you’ll be burping up turpentine flavor all day. I’m guessing they use turpentine to extract the oil…. ?? Didn’t say on the label or I missed it… says no hexane or alcohol. I’ll keep taking it to see if it helps with anything but for sure have a slight upset stomach and mild headache / nausea after the second day of taking it.

Not Black in Color
I was told that the Ethiopian is the purest and black in color. This is not, and I am disappointed because there are better choices on the market for far less. I spent over $65 on this and I already had one that was $20 and can't tell them apart. Was disappointed and felt like the fact that they claim it is from Ethiopia was misleading.
