I was skeptical about this at first but after doing some research, I’m glad I bought this! If you don't know, you should. This stuff is seriously amazing! Pair it with daily vitamins and a clean, low carb/low sugar diet, some exercises and BOOM! This sea moss is very good. It does everything it says it will do, the price is great, it's easy to take. It does have a bit of a smell so I recommend not smelling it and definitely take it with some juice or something flavored. But the benefits are definitely worth it and I recommend this product!
