This arrived in two boxes on different days which was a bit confusing but a quick message to the supplier to confirm we had actually ordered the frame and the canvases sorted that and they were very helpful. Easy to put up preferably with four people so you have one on each post. It is bigger than we thought and much taller but it’s doing a great job and has stood up to some strong winds and rain! It’s stronger than we thought it would be and excellent value for money, great buy!

A well priced, sturdy, good looking pop up gazebo.

I bought this for a birthday party before Christmas and it was delivered early. However it was just left at my door and my neighbour let me know it was there. It was packaged very well. The material is very nice and looks like it will last a long time if looked after. Frame looks and feels quite good and should last as well. Going up, was a doddle the pop up frame works great. The panels have Velcro strips on top and down the side which means it is closed in and sealed up, very nice. My one came with two window panels on the side panels. sadly both of the clear panels ripped on first use along the fold creases. However I contacted the seller who was first rate, and replied within a day. He explained that this was not common and would sort this out by sending me two new side panels, which turned up within the week. What a pleasure to have such a customer focused service deal with my complaint. Overall I would recommend them just for the customer service alone. The gazebo is great just what i wanted and was better than i expected. I have already recommended them to a friend.

Excellent gazebo. Only needed the roof so haven't put sides on yet. Good quality fabric with double layers at corners and other stress areas. Good quality frame - went up easily once we worked out what to do. Instructions limited and need a bit of working out.Lovely study bag to store it in, with wheels which meant I could move it on my own. Frame good quality but not so heavy it is hard to put up, so would recommend using leg weights if using in windy weather. Good Rock pegs supplies for the legs but get extra for guide ropes.

The only issue I had with this was the zip on the bag was stuck, but after contacting the supplier this has been sorted. The gazebo is of an exceptional sturdy quality and two people can put this up with no issues. If you are wanting a sturdy quality gazebo that will last, then I’d recommend spending the extra money on one of these.

I bought this for my partners 70th birthday. The two of us grumpy geriatrics managed to put it up in about 20 minutes. And it was even quicker for these two old coots to take it down.It is very sturdy and all the metalwork is perfect for hanging lights. We haven't tried with the sides on yet and likely may not ever use them, but they might be useful for the odd damp or windy BBQ.Our first event was a BBQ for 14 people which went swimmingly well thanks to this product.I'm very impressed with this it and highly recommend it.

I did lot of online research before purchasing this gazebo. The area is to be erected is a natural wind tunnel so hads to be able to withstand this. Arrived 2 days after ordering in two boxes. One contains the metal frame work in a very sturdy zip up storage bag with 2 wheels to move it around the other box was the sides. Took 3 persons to unfold the framework and place the canopy on just before opening up fully. The whole thing was erected with sides on in 18 minutes. The frame is solid and the material is good quality and totally waterproof with well thoughout reinforcement guests in the areas it contacts the frame. The height can be adjusted, this feature allows me to drop it down as low as possible if the wind picks up instead if taking it down completely. Comes with 4 bads to fill with sand or gravel for each leg and guy ropes, this is the only area I have changed as the tent pegs where not really suitable. Ratchet straps and some ground anchors and the gazebo is going nowhere.5 days after purchase the Southwest was hit buy 65mph winds so I dropped it down on the legs to its lowest level, removed the sides & tighten the straps and hope for the best. In the morning I was still in place unscathed. Really pleased with purchase, the neighbor's liked it so much the purchase the 3x3 version. Highly recommend this Gazebo that will last for many years with a little care
