This inulin is a excellent fiber at an excellent price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My husband is Type 2 Diabetic so we use organic stevia. However, he prefers the flavor when I mix it 50/50 with this inulin. As you can imagine, organic stevia powder is pretty pricey so we get a double bonus. A batch of the mix lasts twice as long and it tastes better. Talk about a win-win! Oh, another positive? Unlike another option, when we do this 50/50 mix, the blend of powder stays silky smooth. It doesn't clump! So silky smooth that we filled a salt shaker with the blend so my husband can enjoy a light dusting of natural sweetness atop his organic oatmeal and his bowl of yogurt topped with organic fruit. This is some of the healthiest fiber you can buy, IMO. I put it in my coffee every morning. It'll definitely make you gassy for the first couple weeks, but stick with it and your gut will thank you.

It works well for making l.returi yogurt. My fiance can not tolerate chicory root. Since this made from artichokes it is more tolerable.

Nice pure white fine powder. Does not clump and dissolves fairly well, and has the same mild sweet taste of other similar products I've used. Once you see results you don't have to use this every day, and best that you don't in order to maintain a proper balance of flora. I feel that overuse creates overly soft bowel movements.

So far, it works as expected. This quantity should last quite some time.
