Easy to work with, super quality
Very handy for small meal preparation. I use it for pie crusts or rolling out dough for mini pies, etc. Pin is nicely finished and made of high quality maple. Worth the extra cost for a quality kitchen tool that is versatile and durable.

Does the job beautifully
I bought this for small tasks, like shaping Parker House rolls, but it's so much nicer to use than my old style rolling pin that I'm using it for everything. Though small, it works great even for rolling out pie dough. The wood is beautiful, and perfectly finished. Very happy with this!!!
