Now has become my go-to brand for supplements. Products that work for a reasonable price. I bought this Fenugreek to increase my milk supply, and it really works. I take less than the recommended dose and my milk supply has still noticeably increased. I'm afraid to take the actual recommended dosage, for fear of bursting or becoming a milk fountain. A little has gone a long way!
