These seem to be good vitamins. However, they taste God-awful. I highly recommend you take with food and not on an empty stomach. Also, though I haven't had any issues taking them, if you have a problem swallowing large pills with a coarse surface, this might not be the vitamin for you. I believe they make these in a gummy form, however, so you might want to check that out.
