A Chevy Tahoe weighs considerably more than 100 lbs. and therefore it is too heave to mount on this rack.

There is an adapter already installed to go from1 1/4" to 2".

I believe it could handle the weight, but the area that holds the bike only fits the normal male bike cross bar, they make adapters for that. Check and see if there are specific e -bike carriers
