These hooks were purchased for a cruise, to help with organization in my stateroom. All the ceilings and walls are metal and these hooks adhered exceptionally. I attached them to the ceiling to hang miscellaneous items such as purses and a beach bag. The magnets held when the purses were full. Also used them to hang some laundry to dry. When removing, they do not just pull off. The process works best to use the hook as leverage to pull down on one side of the magnet. I looked at many varieties of magnets and these worked well.

I bought this product for several uses, some of them were half the weight it suppose to carry and it didn't went well.

These worked well on a cruise. Definitely holds more weight on ceiling than on wall.

I took these on our cruise and used them to hold hats, bags and clothes against the wall of the cabin. It was a good suggestion and they worked perfectly.

Don’t let the size fool you. Little but mighty. Perfect for a cruise & unlike some others easy to move around & remove.

This is good to hang lightweight items like hats. It only supports 40 lbs if hanging from the top and not sideways on a wall. If it is over 25 lbs it tends to slide down the wall a bit.

These worked great for hats, robes, towels, jackets etc. Too small for purse or bag but were very helpful during our trip. Recommend these for a cruise!

Strong magnet. Met our needs while on a 7 day cruise. Definitely helped keep the room tidy!

Force is dependant on the thickness of the steel it's attaching to, so the thicker the steel the better it holds. Try on different things to see what holds best
