I've been taking this for the past several weeks and I feel good. These are small and easily to swallow and there is no smell. These have no after taste so, no issues there. What Iearne that that C0Q10 is good for migraines and headaches. I think it helps with my energy and performance levels at the gym. I feel I am able to push myself a bit more and not tire out so quickly. Overall I need to take this longer but this far no issues. This CoQ10 is very easy to swallow. It does not upset my stomach the way some CoQ10 supplements have done in the past. It checks all the boxes for me: it's manufactured in the USA, it's non-GMO, it's third party tested, and they use coconut oil to enhance the absorption. It is also USP grade which I consider essential. I'm very comfortable taking this supplement and I am very picky. Also, it has no taste or smell which is a plus.
