The 4.75 mg of piperine does seem to work as CoQ10's bioavailability enhancer, although I have noticed that it only works well with water. If I drink milk or any other fluids that dull the spicy flavour, then the concentrated black pepper extract seems to lose that ability.

This CoQ10 is very easy to swallow. It does not upset my stomach the way some CoQ10 supplements have done in the past. It checks all the boxes for me: it's manufactured in the USA, it's non-GMO, it's third party tested, and they use coconut oil to enhance the absorption. It is also USP grade which I consider essential. I'm very comfortable taking this supplement and I am very picky. Also, it has no taste or smell which is a plus.
