How does this handle off road riding? Can it really be used safely for mountain riding?

I have ridden my Ecotric eBike off road on some fairly moderate trails. The bike it’s self is very heavy, and the components are on the lower end. But overall I would say it can handle some off road trails pretty good. I rode with two other people who were riding Specialized Turbo Levos for eBikes and they were more skilled riders than me. I kept up with them most of the way, but my riding experience limited me the most. This fat tire bike has been very fun for me to ride even in snow here in Minnesota, I feel like the motor is powerful enough for easy trail riding. On all of the hills I encountered off road I would have to pedal and have the motor at full power. But it made it more fun, and easier to get back into mountain biking. And if you are really asking about Mountain riding in say the Rockies, I might say only on what I would consider Green Square trails? The tires probably don’t have the best traction, and of course the shifters and derailer is pretty clunky. For the money I love mine and I will ride it around town and for some very light off-roading. Hope this information helps.

As im peddling on a hill will the motor assistance work good going on a hill ??

Yes. Near my house there's a hill with a steep 13 percent grade. when I was younger I could barely make it to the top but I'd be completely winded; in recent years I've had to walk my bike up. With this E-bike I can go up it in third gear and barely be breathing hard at the top, and I'm over 200 pounds.

Does the bike feel heaving without motor assistance pedaling? In case of a run-out battery, would the bike be difficult to ride?

So Far I'm completely satisfied. With fenders and rear rack and it weighed in at 59#. I intended on using the bike to do cardio work in the first place so I frequently use 0 (off) or level 1 assist It is a breeze to ride on level ground as the grade gets steeper 1&2 assist is all I need. It's top speed as claimed at 20mph is easily obtained with throttle only. That's really faster than I care to fall off at. Hope that helps.
