I bought this to bring a little uniformity to cubed meat for kabobs and stews. It works for what I wanted it for, makes cubing meat easy and because the meat is mostly the same size it cooks up evenly.

It seems to work lovely. I particularly like that it allows clearance for numerous of my knives, that it’s submersible to marinate layer goods. I would’ve given it 5⭐️ But the skewers themselves are kinda flimsy. Happy n’ excited w/purchase🤗

Nice little unit. I was disappointed to find you can't use dollar store bamboo skewers in it though. The holes are just a tad to small for the long skewers.. I will try to drill them out and make it work. I did buy two of these for parties.

it does make the kebabs much faster, however, the metal sticks included are very poor quality, they don't hold those meat very well, and very thin and light weights.

Have not used it myself but made a fantastic gift form my BBQ-loving Brother-in-Law ... definitely not something he has in his arsenal and he is excited to use it when they have people over for a BBQ next time. I will update the review once he tries it, but as far as being gifted, it went over splendidly.

Works well with cutting meat but not with the veggies.

This is a good idea. I don't know if a more expensive one would work any better . It was kind of hard to use . Was much easier doing everything by hand. At least for me anyway.
