Woodchucks Wood 3/4" x 2" x 24" Combination of 5 Walnut, 5 Cherry, and 5 Maple - 15 Boards per Box

The wood pieces arrived perfectly in the box. All were cut exactly the same dimensions and straight. No flaws in any of the pieces. The quality made it possible for me to get right to work making cutting boards for gifts.

If you're not in a hurry, and you're not particular in picking out your own pieces, this company is for you. All 4 sides are smooth, free of knots, and straight. Really nice quality boards, I was kinda surprised they were so nice. Love to catch them on a sale too, thanks for that.

The Lumber is definitely not the same as in the picture described sometimes the maple is a dark color wood and sometimes the walnut is a very light color but if you are enough of it you can get some good pieces out of it.

Wood came as described, Very clean wood. The sides could be better not as square as I’d like it I don’t have jointer but that’s not a huge deal considering how great the boards are.

This bundle of woods has been purchased several times. I used the wood to make tri colored. cutting boards. This seemed to be about the best deal that I was able to find for online lumber orders. Wood Chuck cuts the lumber to length. all boards are square or rectangular with the faces planed smooth. Lumber received to date is relatively clear w/o knots for the most part.

So far this product has the best price for the three type wood for cutting/eating surfaces. My bro has made about 10 or so of these charcuterie boards for family and friends and may make more. At first we bought the more expensive ones but, soon found this offering and bought it. Only one board, so far, had an imperfection which was sand able.

If you are a hobbyist and plan to make cutting boards? Buy this combo. I've been buying these boards for long time already. I ordered at least 15 sets of this combo. As a hobbyist, it is hard to joint boards myself. These boards are well jointed and easy to use. Yes, you will find maybe one warped lumber in two or three boxes (30, 45 boards). But seriously, one out of 30, 40 boards. It is nature of woods that warp. I can tell you Woodchucks do their best packaging to prevent any warping happening during delivery. Once again, I purchased at least 15 sets already and I've been extremely satisfied with quality of lumber. Strongly recommended!

Some pieces had defects and could not be used for my purpose. Some of the pieces had damage that happened during milling, careless handling. Probably won’t buy again and won’t recommend.
