When the item first arrived, I thought there were pieces missing. I was hesitant to open the package in case it needed to be returned. After Sundance, the seller, and I exchanged several emails, the seller determined the issue. All pieces were included. I then opened the package, which was packed, by the way, like Fort Knox. Had I known, I would have realized no pieces were missing. The playset is cute, but I'm not quite sure it is worth the money. But that has nothing to do with the seller, who worked with me and my frustrations.

This Muppet Babies School House is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.For the price you would think it would work better,the slide keeps coming apart it should snap in place but it doesn't.Kermit keeps falling out the swing,the merry go round a disappointment.My daughter is frustrated by this product after only a day. Parents grandparents etc.do yourself a favor and get the Peppa pig house instead at least it has lights and sounds.

My 3 year old loves Muppet Babies so I got him this for Xmas. Had I known it would constantly fall apart, I would have saved us both the frustration. The staircase is meant to “slide” across the back (think like in a library) but the slightest touch makes it fall over. The 3 slides in the back/middle constantly fall off with the slightest touch - they don’t click in like they should. Overall it’s a disappointment. Bummer.

I don’t understand why this has so many five star reviews. It’s garbage. It didn’t come in original packaging so doesn’t look giftable. It came in late, days before the party so return or exchange was not an option. I put it together to make sure nothing was missing. The slides fall off if you barely touch the house, so no way is it holding up to a child playing with it. Such a disappointment and waste of money.
