Does this filter remove TCP from water?

It’s a basic taste and oder carbon filter for ice makers or like I use for drinking water. I have a large RO/DI water purification system. I have a valve right after th RO membrane where I can either send the RO water to the DI canisters for a final removal of anything that made it through the rest of the system. Or to this “Polishing”filter then on to the under sink storage container. It’s only rated for about 2000 total gallons, so I don’t believe that this alone could remove TCP from water. If it was able to remove TCP, I’m sure it would use up the usefulness of this filter very quickly. I hope this helps, but I probably just confused you with my run on writing.

if I buy more than one at a time, is the price really that high? If I buy 1 the price is less than $9 but if I buy 3 the price jumps to $75. ????

Umm, just buy 3 separate ones, it's not that difficult. A lot of items are like this on Amazon but you just have to be smarter than the item.
