We Need More
This whole series is one of the best that I have ever read. Her writing brings you right there into the heart of the book and you find your self lost in the pages. My main purpose in writing this review is to beg the author to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give us more of these characters. It has been many long years. Readers, this is probably her best series so i recommend the purchase. You will fall in love with the characters. I read an extreme amount of literature, and I am very picky as to what I call a good book. I rate her right up there with Robert Jordan (the wheel of time series) and he is one of the best fantasy writers of all time. Read this book, you will not be sorry. Author: please give us more

Satisfied with the product!
The product actually came earlier than expected and in excellent condition. It was to be a gift for someone else who loves the series, and they were fully satisfied.

i took me 3 dayss to get passed the first hundred pages
my god how painful this book was. quick advice: if you watched the vampire diaires on tv before reading the books, and now you're interested in the books. please skip to page 100. that is when the book starts to get MILDLY intereseting. the first hundred pages where dreadful. i fell asleep every time i attempted to read it (im not exaggerating) but eventually with all these attempts, i managed to get to page 100 and after that the book got alittle interesting. maybe if you've never seen the show, and decide to read the books first, you might be interested in this from the get go. but if you've seen the first episode of the series YOU REALLY DONT NEED TO READ THE FIRST 100 PAGES. i have an issue with the way the book is written.i couldnt loose my self in the book, let me explain. first, it starts out with elena writing in her diary.and then you follow along with that , then suddenly its the author talking to us ,though you dont realize it right away untill you're asking youself , wait why is elena talking in third person??. and then you go back to realize , oh this is the author talking to me now?. and then when you try to loose youself into what the author is talking about, but then it jumps right back to elena speaking. and then out of nowhere it is stefan speaking in his point of view. very confusing. BUT its nice to see the story in both elena, and stefans pov. by the second book you should be used to this style of writing though.another thing is. Dont think you're gonna get much insight from these books to find out whats gonna happen next in the tv series. you WONT FIND ANYTHING. the book and the tv series are nothing alike. but once you get passed that dissapointement, you will appreciate that you atleast wont be reading something too predictable. because you think you might know what is going to happen next (because you watch the show) but it never goes that way. the second book however, is really good
