Mine was in a lovely presentation box. Packaged inside another box. I had an item missing. After contacting them within a week I had a full box replacement and didn't have to return anything.

YES, There is a little hole for straw.

Q: Can these be personalised with specific lettering on the tumbler?

I wouldn't say so..the paint is easily chipped and peals if scrubbed hard enough. Unless you engraved it but it would possibly chip the paint
