Got these for my 2 yr old for Christmas and he loves them. He still needs help putting them together sometimes, but they are his favorite blocks/builders. His 4 and 7 yr old sisters also love them and it has become enough of an issue I will be ordering a second set so there are more to go around. Mine came in box shown and none were broken. They were smaller than I thought they'd be, but that's been a positive thing because they are easy for the kids to use and easy to store. Size in pictures is about right. I wish there were more triangle and pink pieces, but that's ok.

Product arrived in time as promisedpackaging - The actual product is sealed in a plastic bag with a paper tag for branding and warnings. There is no user manual and I don't think it is needed either. I am not sure how they would send it if ordered as a stand alone product as mine came in a huge shipping box along with other items.What is Good about itIt is not just a toy ; It can help your child to be creative, to learn and experiment. Using the individual pieces your child can learn how to join blocks, how to create a cube, build multiple blocks or build a mock house. The kit contains square and corner ( Triangle shaped) plastic molded pieces. They are made out of ABS plastic which means they are sturdy and maintain rigidity. My daughter loves this kit along with the other wooden blocks and keeps building different models , shapes and also uses it to decorate her desk.What is not so good about itNothing to write here. They may not be the worlds best toy / learning toy but this kit is worth every penny paid.Bottom LineIt is a simple amazing toy for a kid. They can learn, improve their skills, be creative and artistic. It keeps my daughter busy all the time.Would I recommend it to a friend ?Yes , I would.

These blocks are great for my special needs daughter. The box was in tough shape and appeared to have been opened and returned. My daughter didn’t realize so not a huge deal, but I would’ve been disappointed if I was gifting to someone else.

We surprised our kids with this set of building blocks one rainy day (thank goodness we keep a little stash of new toys we can break out on days like these!). My two boys (almost 4 and 6..5) spend a TON of time playing with these, and continue to go back to them every evening after showers-- it's a very nice, calm, quiet time that happens naturally for us. I feel they offer a different sense of satisfaction, connecting them, compared to magnetic blocks, legos and other kinds of building blocks. Also great for travel since they are MUCH lighter than magnetic pieces and legos-- these pieces are thinner plastic and hollow inside. This set came with enough pieces for my two boys to build individually and eventually together too. They interlock well enough to stand up, and the pieces are the size advertised (not sure why some people thought they could be swallowed?!). The set came with a piece of paper with some suggested things you can build which was an interesting challenge for me to do with my kids. Overall I am happy with this.

I bought these for the kids I babysit and I still can't decide if I want to keep them or not. The building suggestions that come with it made the whole thing feel disappointing. It showed a bird but following the picture I could find no way that the bird would actually stand up. The same with the person. Buildings worked fine for the most part. But the pieces don't all fit uniformly. Some sides are snug and others are too loose to stay together. It is hard for a three year old to understand that he has to turn the piece another way to make it stay. And sometimes having to turn it to make it snug also made the window shapes in them go sideways instead of up and down. Basically gotta ignore those shapes in building anyway. So I'm still up in the air about keeping them. I fear that the kids will be bored in a short time with them.

These are a little hard to build with-- even for Mom. The don't click together very easily, and you have to have them perfectly aligned to build. My three year old got a little frustrated but still plays with them if mom or dad helps.UPDATE: The seller of these blocks contacted me after I posted my review and asked what my challenges were. A few months later, the seller contacted me again, stating that they had improved the product and would send me a new set. They are much better! Both my four-year-old and I enjoy playing with these. I'm not sure what they changed, but they fit together better and are easier to play with all around. With that customer service and product improvement, I'm changing my rating from a three to a five.

When the two boxes arrived, the boxes they were in were torn apart and the whole shipment of pieces were scattered in the Amazon bag, see picture.

They were a lot smaller than I expected them to be. I remembered a version that was thicker and about 5 inches across instead of 2.5 or so. My bad for not reading description I guess. These are also hollow on one side.They do build really well and go together easily enough for toddlers but tightly enough to hold up their structures.The colors were a little more pastel than pictured, and there is a pink included - Good gift for little boys or girls! Almost got some for my daughter as well. Maybe for her birthday.:)I gifted to little nephews for Christmas and they loved them.

My kid's friend had a similar set and my kid expressed a desire to get one. So, I bought this set and here are my impressions:5-stars for overall material and make quality. The pieces are all plastic, but they are made strong and appear to be durable. The colorful pieces look great.5-stars for ease of use. The pieces are plastic, so it is easy to clean them and use them. We soaked the set in soap water for 24 hours and then rinsed them off. Each piece interlocks easily and perfectly with other pieces. So, very easy to use to build big structures.

my 4 year old grandson loves them

Our gr grandson is 2.5 yrs old -- first the package arrived way ahead of expected time. I received it within 48 hours (Whoopee) He loves to do anything with his hands and this really kept him entertained. He did have some difficulty joining pieces but as mentioned. he is 2.5 yrs old. I cannot attest to durability -- and seems to be sturdy -- it has only been 1 week

it's overpricing viewing the size and quality. Smaller that expected and the materials was not thick enough, so it doesn't hold well when building up. However the kids played with it, so we kept it.
