Auguson Farms Freeze Dried Broccoli was great for taste and ease of reconstitution, and for use in delicious recipes where fresh broccoli is usually the norm. I must also point out that at the same time I ordered Auguson Farms broccoli, I also ordered another brand of broccoli. There is no comparison! The OTHER BRAND'S contents were about one quarter broccoli dust, appearing as if the floor had been swept, canned, and sold along with half a can of freeze dried actual broccoli. I will come back to Auguson Farms for the good quality they offer.

Tasty freeze dried broccoli florets and stems. The pieces are small, but it works out perfectly for me after they rehydrate and plump up. I l also like to eat this freeze dried broccoli straight out the can. Great shelf life up to 25 years until the can is opened. This product is easy to quickly rehydrate. It smells, tastes, and chews with the texture of cooked broccoli, once rehydrated. This is so convenient and saves me a lot of time in the kitchen. This being freeze dried broccoli you will find broccoli powder at the bottom of the can from the broccoli tumbling around inside. I use the broccoli powder when making eggs for breakfast, add it to the dough when I make fresh biscuits, add it to my smoothie, and add it when making scallop potatoes. So nothing goes waste and it all works out very well for me buying this product. I find it a great value at a great price.

Was nervous at first trying these; Which yes I decided to try multiple varieties of this product. Hands down my new favorite brand. Perfect for soups omelets, making casserole. My sons said they liked the taste. What I was most pleased about was the fact it's actually full when you open it. You definitely get your money worth!

Can’t complain, does the trick, flavor is surprisingly very good & it’s not chewy (thanks to the technology of freeze drying). Great for camping. My only complaint is there’s a lot more cubed up stems than florets, but at least they are not chewy. Value for what you’re getting. I live in a rural, mountainous area, running to the store is planned & not on a whim, - having this in the pantry & tasting this good is a nice option (especially in the winter). It says the shelf life is “up to 30 years “ so I just wait for the sales which fits my budget & stock up. Have to admit, this is very convenient to have on hand, rehydrates fast, the prep work is done & tastes remarkably good - throwing a bit in my rice more often now.

Kind of expensive but my dog needs to have them and he loves them. I tried them too and they taste just like broccoli. Looks like there are more stems than florets too.
