Thank you will buy again if I need as these are a great product good quality worked as it should fixed my washer of I could give more stars I would as its been months and still my washers working great since I put them in thank you

Failed in less than 3 months
Liked the price and the description that said they were upgraded from OME. Unfortunately, they're garbage. My original Suspension Rods from Samsung lasted 12 years and double the price. These lasted less than 3 months and can't even spin on delicate cycle without messing up. You do the math, I wouldn't buy these waist of time & money!

Instructions sold separately, but easy once you get inside
Few loads in and they're still working, the hardest part about getting into the washer is there are two metal clips that need to be depressed before you can lift the lid off. They're on the front and you need to get a flashlight and stick your head in the washer to see them. If you depress one while prying seam you can get the front off and from there it's fairly easy. Lift the tub at the corner you're working in and they slide right in. The two metal clips are the most difficult part

Worked Great
Worked great and solved the issue at a fraction of the price from Samsung. Easy install by a watching YouTube video. Took less than 30 minutes to install all 4. Great product and better quality than OEM part.

Rods for my samsung xl washer
The rods came in fast packaging was okNo damage or bend rods installed it my self only 6 philips screws and top come off easy old rods came out easy new ones just as easy they fit perfectly and look like it's made with quality materials washer is fixed and its performance islike it should be work like it's newOme month later the rods are weak already washer off balance don't order these

Bought it for my washer bc it was showing unbalanced code and after working perfect for 2/3 weeks it started having the same issue again.

Works great
Washing machine tub would not balance prior to this purchase. Product arrived in a timely manner, was right priced, and fixed my problem. Product was relatively easy to install, and fit properly.
