I am happy with the quality of this. It's shuts very secure and sturdily fits into the doorframe. I got it to seperate my seven month old from the puppy. I find it easy to open and close. We have older children too, 8,6 & 4 and all can competently open and close this themselves. The four year old did struggle and wouldn't have managed it if we didn't teach her the method. We are pleased with the quality of this. The fixtures and fittings look like it will outlast the requirement to have one meaning we will be able to sell it on in the future. It's also easy to clean. It is also possible to open and close this very quietly. Ideal when trying not to disturb a sleeping baby or puppy or both when we are lucky! My wife installed it without reading the instructions, whilst I was out, it took her a few attempts before giving in and reading them to see where she was going wrong. I later looked at the instructions and thought they were simple and well put together.

I was looking for a sturdy gate to protect the child on the landing when he might suddenly run out. I was looking for a suitable model for a long time, since I needed high-quality, strong, beautiful and suitable both in size and fastening. I needed the size to be adjustable and fixing without screws, since making holes in the walls was impossible in my case. I ordered it through Amazon and in just a few days I received this model from England to Israel. Collected quickly thanks to their application Onbox, where step-by-step instructions are accompanied by a user-friendly interface and video instructions. Once the gate is up, its good. But boy are the instructions bad. This has been mentioned on other reviews. But I thought after too many years on this earth, it can't be that bad. Take a peek at the jpg of the instructions. Useless confusing key letters, mind blowing diagrams for the different size options. Be careful if one side of your gate affixes to a wall, you cant get the top bolt in if you follow the order of instructions. It also gives the option for screw or stick the wall/stair caps, but it only gives you two sticky pads. I thought the package was short but no, you only get two.. Its a long time since I've seen instructions as bad as these. The gate is good, I understand the "gap" problem, its part of the safety design. But please stick with the instructions, its tempting to throw them away, but it is a safety gate, stick with it. Your brain will be frazzled, but baby or dog in my case will be safe.

I bought the product with one extension to fit on a space of 90 cm. It fit perfectly and took me like 10 min to unpack and mount it. What made me buy it was the size of the gate's opening, that is bigger than the average. It's more comfortable and practical that way. And a rare feature in 'pressure' gates. No complaints what so ever, it works, it is easy to assemble and sturdy. Another perk is that I can take the extension off and fit it in a normal door if I need in the future.

Really unfair reviews been left here so I’m here to give a fair one! Please ignore anybody who says that it’s misshaped/doesn’t fit/uneven. ALL baby gates come this way because you need to tighten the sides in to make it totally secure. So once you have tightened in the bolts then it fits together perfectly. I’ve had tonnes of baby gates and this is by far the easiest installation I’ve had. Instructions are clear. Lovely looking wide/extending gate. Just don’t make my mistake!!! Measure the width of skirting board too 😂. I’ve just managed to squeeze it in at the bottom which is great. Very sturdy, lovely looking, easy install, loads of bits to use if desired, clear instructions and speedy delivery. Cracking! Thank you

Yes, so the instructions are a bit ropey as others have said but … this product is great! We have a wide staircase with differing widths top and bottom on both sides and I needed a gate at the top as they are treacherous (old house!) I was dreading the installation but it took about 30 minutes (two of us and about 10 to take it down again). We fitted it by pressure not the screw system. It’s crucial to measure the width of your space and assemble the extension pieces before doing anything else. Place into position and tighten to fix. It might look as if it’s never going to fit but hang on in there and the magic happens! We had to fix it on the penultimate top step due to a lack of suitable fixing points but it was incredibly stable, and certainly high enough to prevent a two year old from pole vaulting over it! I used one extra fitting at the top to spread the load on my wall (available from Amazon) … I’d highly recommend.

The instructions are pretty useless and don’t show you how to use the extensions. The link video instruction requires an app download and doesn’t cover the extensions. We ended up having to watch videos for other products. Overall a sturdy product

Bought gutted didn't fit

Las dimensiones corresponden a lo especificado. Tiene las 4 extensiones necesarias para cubrir la distancia necesaria pero en el paquete vienen solo 3 barrotes en lugar de 4. No hemos solicitado el cambio de producto porque lo necesitabamos con urgencia y el proceso de devolucion-reemplazo lleva varios días.

Molto bello, oltre ad essere arrivato un tempo è stato abbastanza facile montarlo in quant le istruzioni sono molto chiare e non è molto complicato. Alla fine si è rivelato molto robusto. Io lo sto utilizzando per una cameretta
