This listing is for a set of pedals (one left and one right). Both the Cage and Pedal body are aluminum alloy. The Reflectors included and installed. The Reflectors can be reinstalled with toe clips. The Cage is designed to work with Toe Clips and straps. The Pedals are also designed to work well without toe clips. High quality hardened cromoly Axle 9/16". The Pedal Cage is threaded to easily install toe clips, Screws included. Toe clips and straps are not included. To install these pedals you will need a Bicycle Pedal wrench or a 6mm Hex wrench.
