Good product, forgot booklet!
Would have given 5 stars except I received a white package with just a yoga strap and no booklet of exercises as noted:"• FREE STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE! – The Yoga Strap comes with a small book full of exercises created by a leading US Yogi. You can choose your favourite pose or challenge yourself to try a new one!"Granted, I am mainly using this in my yoga class, however, when a product ships incomplete, it should be noted.For the price, it's worth it. Would have enjoyed the reference booklet to better my stretching at home.

Excellent product. Excellent price. Yoga is a simple yet effective means get your body and mind into shape. I've been practicing Yoga for over 30 years. The beauty of this workout is no major equipment is needed. A mat, a strap, and a block(s) if you need one. Come to think of it, no equipment is really needed at all. Yoga is a minimalistic exercise, However a strap is pretty useful, especially for beginners. There is absolutely no need to spend stupid amounts of $s for equipment. A Manduka mat... $100 - $300? Really?? This small company, Excifit, totally gets it. Thanks gang.Need a great cotton stretch strap? I highly recommend getting this one.

Really happy with this strap
I've gone to numerous yoga classes and final decided to get myself a yoga strap.This was one of the least expensive on amazon and the quality is just as high as any other more expensive strap on the market. The material is a bit stiff but I imagine will soften up with use.The book that comes with it is really is informative and I am happy I don't have to look on the internet for every new tying style I want to try. I've got the booklet by my side.Thanks for making this!

Good starter
Straps themselves are nice. Not as thick as some but still good quality. Book is nothing special. You could find just as much information online. My biggest annoyance is I needed several for a class I was teaching so I ordered one to see if I liked them. By the time I received it and ordered the rest the price had almost doubled.

Good little strap. Didn't need the booklet.
The instructional book is pointless, honestly, but the strap itself is very sturdy and easy to use. It's really helping me do a lot of the harder poses. Great for stretching, and the grip of the fabric is solid without being too rough on the skin.

Great addition to my yoga toys
Good quality strap that has really helped my shoulders open up! I just sit cross-legged holding the strap a little more than shoulder width apart and transition from front, overhead, back and then reverse. Incredible accelerated development of my shoulder range.

Good yoga strap to deepen your practice
The strap is exactly as it is described. The booklet came with some suggestions to use to deepen your practice. It's exactly like the ones I use in the yoga studio that I go to.

This is a sturdy, well made strap that will last a while! Bonus booklet shows 14 popular yoga poses ranging from beginner to advanced with instructions and information of the poses. Overall purchase is a great value, I'd definitely recommend it to others.Item arrived well packaged and super quickly. Love it!
