My Green Pan from Todd English was worthless, I had to use a ton of oil and stuff still stuck. I wanted a "green" pan so based on the good reviews here I got the 9.5" pan in the Pink.The first time I used it I cooked an egg with no fat in the pan. The egg slid all over the place and would not stick at all! Just now I cooked a turkey burger again with no fat. Not only did it not stick but I got a good char on it too.One thing no one mentioned which is a huge plus is that there is a vent hole in the lid. I used to have to put a lid on off center to let steam vent. Now I don't have to do that.I do wish they made an 8" pan and the pink is a little Pepto but I love this.UPDATE: I've had this pan for over 2 months now and it's not as great as I first thought. Here's why:1. The exterior gets scratched really easily if something rubs against it.2. Food seems to stick to the inside which is hard to get out of the crevises between the flowers.3. It is impossible to clean the exterior if you get grease or something on it and don't wash it immediately. I have some yellow spots on the outside.4. Non-stick properties not holding up.Here are some new photos. This is normal wear and tear. It is impossible to clean because the exterior is just a coated.

This "funny colored" non stick skillet is certainly good enough for everyday use. The bottom inside is made rough due to ceramics I presume - not too fond of that feature. Like all other so called non stick skillets, this one began to "stick" after 7 washings, only slightly, but annoyingly. For $20, however, with a cover, it is a steal and it seems like the non stick layers would last several years if cleaned well after each use. I no longer use it as my main morning skillet because it's a little too big. Instead, at Amazon, I bought a new 8 inch Calphalon, without a cover. I had a spare cover hanging around.

It may be pink...and I am a single man...but this pan is great !!!nothing sticks and the heat is evenly distributed all the way to the edges. I have a gas flame range and it takes a well made frying pan to heat evenly.The textured, " bumpy " nano ceramic surface actually creates a much larger heating surface by being bumpy. Since nothing sticks...This is an ingenious innovation.These pans are happy even in the oven. I bought 2 more other sizes...you will too.

These pans are a waste of money...I've owned 2. First the green then the pink. At first I really loved it. It was solid attractive, had a heavy glass lid a good handle and WAS nonstick.My first one lost its nonstick ability within 2 Mos and the paint turned brown and black on the bottom. I thought maybe it was a fluke and i had really enjoyed the pan until it went to crap, so I bought a 2nd one..the pink. Well much to my disappointment it did the same thing :( so I next bought a Cuisinart which is much better because I've had it 6mos and it's still great! I've used nonstick my whole adult life and I've owned many brands. I know how to treat and take care of the and never had one do what these did, so it was NOT user era

They are easy to clean, the stain on the pan is very easy to remove thanks to the craving and ceramic coating, and it stays that way even after few month of daily use!They are so good that I bought 2nd pan of different sizes. Unfortunately they only have 12in and 9.5in to choose from. Wish they made more different sizes for such excellent pan.

I only bought this for the lid for my Ecolution pan. The lid is nice not a exact fit for my Ecolution but close enough. The pan that came with the lid seems thin and chintzy.

These pans were great in the beginning. After 2 months of use they are peeling and everything sticks to them. Bummer! Amazon was great with returns, but they are definitely not worth trying IMO.

As much as you can love a pan, I love this one. The inside bottom is textured, which is great. It's a nice size -- in between small and large.
