Top-Tier Display with Bottom-Tier Speakers
This is an outstanding display featuring accurate colors (10-bit, calibrated, HDR 400) and smooth motion handling that is easy on the eyes. The sole drawback is the integrated speakers. The audio quality is subpar—even basic $10 speakers outperform them.

Set-up tips.
Seems like an excellent monitor. While setting up the base, and looking for a way to adjust the height, this only happens when the rather heavy monitor is attached to the base. Nice design. When connecting the monitor to your pc with any cable other rather than HDMI, the image will not appear on screen. You’ll need to go into the monitor buttons on the front right bottom of the unit and change the input to your cable type. The default input is HDMI.

Coloring is everything it brings
Really good monior, I can see obvious differences on color compare to my previous monitor. it's more accurate and close to what macbook screen displays. In short, if you do photography/video works and need extend monitor from your macbook, this is it.

Beautifully colorful
Coming from an older, 4K Dell Ultrasharp with a slightly wider than sRGB color gamut this monitor is a real treat for photo editing. Overall the appearance is nice although I would have preferred the buttons be on the bottom or back of the monitor rather than on the front. I have it mounted on an Ergotron arm so I can’t speak to the quality of the base. The matte finish on the screen is quite good with minimal impact to resolution and no sparkle, unlike my Dell monitor. The on-screen menus are well laid out and easy to use. The USB C connection with my M2 Max MacBook Pro works flawlessly with both video and charging. On to the monitor performance… In a completely dark room with a black screen there is only the slightest amount of light leakage left of center on the screen, something which isn’t noticed in regular usage and I’m sure varies by monitor. A completely gray screen has an ever so slight no uniform red/green color cast which is just barely visible if you’re critically observing the monitor. Again, this is highly unlikely to be noticed in regular usage. There is no DSE observed, white uniformity looks great, as does all the color uniformities I’ve observed. Luminance uniformity was under 8% across the screen with a slight hot-spot in the center and excellent uniformity along the edges. Color calibration with the ColorChecker Display Plus yielded great results, an average delta E of 0.4 with a max delta E of 1.6. When running the ColorChecker software I found that trying to balance the RGB intensity and contrast yielded bizarre results and both are better left at their default levels. I keep the monitor dim (60 nits) to best match my prints and I’m sure this somewhat impedes the full color gamut potential of this monitor but it was still pretty close to the 99% AdobeRGB and 99% DCI-P3 advertised. Compared to other wide gamut 27” monitors I’d say this is quite a good value. You can very easily pay much more money for monitor with equivalent or worse specs. Now this might not meet the needs of a professional photographer or graphic artist but for any hobbyist or enthusiast looking for a wide gamut at a reasonable price, this monitor should work quite well.

Great monitor, especially for use with a 5-6 year old MacBook!
We are so very pleased with this product that we purchased 2 of them! We have a 2019 MacBook Pro and a 2020 MacBook Air and this monitor provides greater picture quality at a very affordable price. We had previously ordered the a Dell 32" curved monitor that did not provide the clarity of the ASUS and tried a 4K 32" Dell that had good sharpness, but it would randomly go black because of incompatibility with our older MacBooks (not even work on the Air model). The ASUS product looks great, has USB-C so we can now power and communicate with our Macs using a single cord, the sharpness and brightness of the picture is amazing, and the numerous features are incredible. We are so thankful for being able to purchase these on Amazon!

Defected 32" ProArt – 3 out of 5 have dead pixels (smudges) under screen
I purchased 2 Asus ProArt 32" PA329CRV for professional color-accurate work. Throughout 3 orders (due to returns), I received 5 units in total. Strangely, 3 of the units had faint gray smudges — maybe dead pixels, but also looked like blotches that spanned multiple pixels and were visible under all solid backgrounds (white, red, green, blue, etc.). These are very distracting for product photo editing or any color-critical use. See my photos, but the defects are more noticeable in real life. In contrast, the other 2 units were clean. Interestingly, the 3 defective ones were all manufactured in 2025 with serials ending in 9000, and the 2 clean ones were made in 2023 with serials ending in 4000. Though I can’t say for certain this applies to all 2023 vs. 2025 panels — it's just what I observed. That said, all three 2025 panels had defects is jaw-dropping for a monitor targeted at professionals. To make things more frustrating, I returned one of the two clean 2023 panels due to uneven backlighting seen during a gray uniformity test — but later realized that it was caused by Local Dimming. I don't know what's up with their algorithm to have caused such weird behavior, the bottom line is that you should just turn local dimming off as it's not useful anyway. Unfortunately, there is no way to get the one back, more ordering can't guarantee getting an old 2023 panel. Also note: Amazon somehow did not allow replacements even though promised so on the purchase page, I had to return and reorder — which matters if you bought at a discount. Luckily, Amazon's customer service did promise to refund the price difference for the reordered units. The smaller 27" version (PA279CRV) is widely recommended for professional use, and I don’t know if it suffers from the same issues. But I’d be cautious with the 32" PA329CRV — especially if these smudges would bother you. There aren’t many pro monitors at this spec and price, so I’ve decided to keep two of them, even though the 2025 panel I kept still has a minor defect, it's less noticeable than the other two 2025 panels I returned. It works — but knowing the flaw is there is annoying.

Solid built very strong & fully adjustable stand.
This display is very sharp and vivid. The stand is built like a tank and is one of the few stands that will adjust all the way to the bottom plate so the display will fit easily below a shelf if necessary. I had a small issue of the display waking up as it would come on, go off then come on again which was resolved by using the HDMI port instead of the Display Port. Now it comes on quick and solid.
