It came on time. The insulation is thin silver colored lining. I would have preferred the thicker padded white liner. The outside of the lunch bag had a strong odor, probably from the dye. I put it outside for a couple of hours to air out with minimal effect. After a couple of days, I don't notice it anymore.

I loved it when I first saw it but after using it about a month the straps starting breaking. I tried sewing them back on but because the straps are made of a kinda mesh , they shred when trying to sew & even the ones I manage to sew back r shredding & breaking off. I dont put anything heavy in this bag, just a 16 oz bottle of water & my membership card & keys. I'm very disappointed , I collect things with cherries & I really though this was so cute

More of a taupe color than pink.
