Nice product
I was a little concerned on size, but it wraps all the way around and stretches quite a bit. So there's like 20" for the velcro to get a bite. I find it reasonably comfortable. I'm fairly slim, 6 pack abs (7 if you include the hernia!), so it's stayed in place on me working and at the gym. It seems to be helping a bit.

Like the comfort it’s extremely comfortable does what I need has made a massive difference to my life only thing is it needs more Velcro fastenings I did add extra Velcro fasteners which makes the belt more secureMany thanks
