Best soap for getting off all sorts of grease and grime. Best part is it doesn’t dry out your skin and a bar lasts a long time. Pump hand cleaners are nice for just your hands up to your elbows, but if you’re covered in grease and grime from head to toe nothing beats a bar of Lava in the shower.

This brand has to be the best soap ever for gardeners and mechanics. Easily get hands spotlessly clean without a lot of scrubbing and is kind to hands. It’s a very hard soap so lasts a crew months and lathers well. Although it isn’t sold in the UK (it should be) I’m that impressed with it for my husband, I don’t mind paying the extra, buying 6 at a time to have it shipped from the US. Well worth it. No other UK gardener/mechanic soap comes near to it.

Dear bar of soap but it works great. Its not slippy like normal soap, it rough and grippy but still soaps up, will buy again
