Some of the colours in the box were dry

I got a completely damaged product. All the colours where just open and mixed up with my other products too.But i requested for a new product, within two days i got a new one, was good and fine. My boy love all the colors. Its very easy to hold and with a good pigmentation. These set have fluorescent colours of all basic colors and thats amazing.👍👍

Title says 25 colors but we received an opened box with only 15 colors!! Extremely disappointed!!!!

They need to take more care about packing the item before delivery ,the container lid was open and crayons were all over the box, they were for my kids so i was fine to collect it from the box , but it would not look good if you are going to give it as a gift obviously, im a painter myself this crayons are not all having rich and good quality colors , few colors are good only
