Munchie Mug Snack Cup 16 OZ Yellow

I have been asked about is mug more than pretty much anything else lately...most people are surprised that my daughter's hand isn't being scratched or stabbed by sharp plastic "monster teeth" or some other type of snack-trap crap. This is a soft fabric slot (it actually reminds me of something you'd find on the set of the price is right, lol...where you find the plinko chip) through which kids put their hand to get the snack.The cup size is pretty generous, too, which helps me out -- like when I have to run a longer errand (this will keep her happy for long enough). It doesn't fit in the cup holder, though...but that's kind of a moot point considering she never puts it down.

These are my favorite snack containers for toddler. They are so much better than the plastic star cut lid snack containers. my toddler could fit his hand in this and when he pulled it out cherrios didn't go flying like other snack cups. I like these so much that I have bought several as baby shower gifts. Even though they won't get used for a while, it's not clothes at the shower like everyone else brings and everyone LOVES this. You can also loop some plastic baby links though the lid and attach it to the stroller so they can't be launched when you're out and about!

We ordered the Munchie Mug for our daughter after trying out the other brands in the store. We didn't actually try any other cups because I didn't like how sharp the little slats felt. My son (who is 7, so too old to be using the contraption but gave his opinion anyways, lol) tried to put his hand in and said he didn't like it. Anyways, I found this mug when looking through the other brands reviews. I saw someone else had commented on and recommended the Munchie Mug. It didn't take much reading until I wanted to order one. Yes, the price is high but it is a nice cup! It doesn't, however, really diminish mess in our house bc my 1 yr old sticks her fist in, pulls out a handfull, and eats the handful while spilling half of it on the floor. ;) No mug or snack cup can solve that one!! With that said, we love this cup. It does its job perfectly and holds snacks. Nothing would ever spill out of this cup without her pulling it out. She is quiet in car rides if she has this and, overall, we love it! I would buy it again and would definitely recommend over the other brands.

At first I thought this snack cup was a bit unwieldy and awkward, but then we used it...and it's awesome. Granted, it is the only snack cup I have ever used (purchased because of the great reviews) so I cant compare it to anything. That being said, my 19 month old carries it around by the handle, and with the fabric closure top can get her hand in but can't grab a handful and certainly can't dump snacks out. She can even use it while in the baby carrier on my back. I highly recommend!

The Munchie Mug is a brilliant design, and it has been a lifesaver every morning for my son's breakfast on the way to daycare. We make his mini pancakes or eggos, put them in the mug, and he can eat his breakfast without making a huge mess in the backseat. For weekend use, when going the park, traveling to the city, etc, the mug tends to be left behind because it is very big and doesn't fit in my diaper bag very well. That being said, I would definitely recommend this product, because we use it all the time and it works (no mess!). It is easy to clean, and has held up well.

They worked good until the girls figured out how to take the lids off (not even a day!). The Munchie Mug lid screws on and works awesome! No more homeless goldfish and lost nilla's in the vehicle. I agree with the other reviews about them being over priced. I think that they would sell many many more to virtually everyone if the price was comparable to the other products available.

I debated for a while about purchasing these snack cups for my twins but eventually did. In my opinion, well worth the price. They are large but still easy for my twins to hold (and they have a little holder on the lid as well). They hold their snacks in well (the cups have been dropped and thrown and rolled all over the place). We have taken them traveling which has been a huge help. At first my twins were hesitant to put their hands through the top so I was worried but within a few hours they were fine and now they love the cups. The difference from other snack cups I have seen to these are they are larger, the handle in my opinion is easier on this cup for them to hold then where other handles are on other cups, and of course the lid. It's not a plastic piece that their hands go through, it's a soft fabric and it over laps. They are easy to clean as well.

I have twins, so any mess made is doubled. I was tired of picking up Cheerios off the floor every day, so I pretty much stopped using the snack trap and was just hand feeding them Cheerios one at a time. Tedious, I know, but they hate being strapped in their highchair, so I give them their snacks while they are playing. I stumbled upon this product while shopping for something else on Amazon, and decided to give it a try despite its astronomical price. Remember, I have twins, so I paid x2!!! Anyway, I LOVE this product!!!! Above and beyond better than the snack trap. Not one Cheerio has been spilled, dumped, tossed out, etc... and my toddlers are happy to be able to feed themselves since they are in the "I want to do it myself" stage @ 18 months. This is great in the car too, and I no longer have to vaccuum up crumbs and cereal in their car seats! Cleaner house, cleaner car, happy mom!
