Mfg should publish the specifications.
There are no specifications for this device. For example, there is no specification as to it's energy dissipating capability. I did contact the mfg but their response was simply to recite the marketing description of purpose.I was able to pop off the end grommets and peek inside without removing (and damaging) the case. The unit appears to be a low energy dissipation device.It's called a surge protector in the description, but it is limited to protection when welding according to the package description. It doesn't present a good value in my view.
