I love how it comes with three baskets, bamboo lid, a sleeve, and it's made of glass! It doesn't leave any odd taste, it is easy to clean, and it helps me in drinking more water that is not from a water bottle. I use this bottle for fruit water infusion and hot tea.First time I used it was after it arrived. The only problem that I have was that it leaks from the lid. At first, I thought it was excess water from after washing the bottle and cap. It wasn't. I wanted to make sure that if the bottle was ever upside down or side ways for a short time - such as it doesn't fit my cup holder, and I was to put it on my car seat, it would be leak proof. Well, it didn't pass, because it was leaking. Carrying it with the sleeve on, it leaked and the sleeve helped to soak up most of the water, but it still kept on leaking.It's a great product, I just wish the bottle would stopped leaking, as I would really like to travel around without a mess to clean up.

LOVE IT!I made cold tea for the first week. It holds a lot of liquid!I made it hot, a few times when I shook it (mix the sugar) it started to leak a little at the top. I was told it was do to the steam.My fabric holster is starting to rip, not sure why. I emailed Allison if she sells separate holsters for the infuser. She said no, but if she has an extra one she will send it to me free of charge. I thought that was nice of her. Any who, I like the product easy to clean and maintain, and the logo rocks.

SUPER FRAGILE! Great bottle, it kept our tea cold/hot. However it is SUPER fragile. We purchased two bottles and within 2-3 weeks, both broke from just being knocked over on our counter top and the other one fell off our coffee table that is 2ft off the ground (even with the black sleeve on, shattered!) From my experience and after two bottles, my opinion is that the glass is too thin. I think if you were to accidentally tap it the wrong way, it would crack.

I absolutely love this infusor, HOWEVER, the bamboo lining around the cup broke after only a few weeks of use. I have never dropped the cup or anything, so I'm a little peeved about that. On the other hand, it is beautifully designed and I drink so much more water and tea everyday because I love using the cup so much. I even ordered one for my mom.

I am sorry to say these bottles do not hold much liquid--maybe 10 oz without the diffuser and maybe 6 oz with the diffuser (I did not measure). I would not recommend this design. If they were to be re-designed wider and taller to hold at least twice the liquid, then they may be worth the money and effort. I ordered them because they are glass and the diffuser baskets that go inside are a great concept. Althouh the product did not work out for me, and I had to return them. I do recommend the seller. I received 2 bottles fast and in perfect shape and was promptly reimbursed when returned.

It works well but I dropped it the first day I used it and the bamboo lid cracked.The bottle is still usable and I ended up super gluing the bamboo part back to the plastic lid. That worked ok for about 2 weeks until the lid came apart again. Only the places that were glued are staying secure at this point. Very disappointing.

I love it! However, if you flip it upside down to mix up the contents, it will leak when you turn it back over.

Very nice. I brew cold tea in it and I like to put cucumber and lemon slices in the basket which provides a very nice refreshing drink. Keeps the seeds out of my drinks. Worth it. Would buy again.
