Only concern is life of zipper since needs to be unzipped every time the bottom compartment is accessed. Buying zipper relaxer for glitch in one area. Size is roomie. Bottom compartment adds a lot of extra room. Single deep space with several small pockets. Elegant and everything I’ve ever wanted.

I had this bag in my shopping cart for over a month —- before I made the decision to purchase it. This bag could be used for a weekend bag, briefcase for the office, or a oversized handbag. I am extremely happy with this purchase. I am planning on purchasing more handbags from this company. Not only is this bag a tool to be used to transport your belongings— it is a piece of luxurious art!!

Some other reviews just call this bag “big” without giving any point of reference. To give potential buyers an idea (because sometimes you don’t have a measuring tape handy when you’re browsing Amazon): the bag is approximately the same height as a two liter bottle of soda, and about 1.5 inches longer than the same two liter bottle, when the bottle is on its side. I found that a 3-ring 1.5 inch binder can fit into the main compartment of the bag, as long as the binder sits on its spine and is situated diagonally in the compartment. The bag appears to be quality-made from real leather. The leather is smooth and has a nice sheen to it, likely due to the balsam that Time Resistance coats it with (no unpleasant odor or color transfer to other textiles - don’t worry). My only qualm is this: the zippered compartment on the bottom. It is too narrow for paperwork, too cumbersome for regular accessibility, and too shallow for anything I would want to keep in it. The reason that I say it is “too cumbersome” is that it’s a very strong zipper - a benefit if the items in the compartment are heavy - but it’s very difficult to open or close. Ultimately, I know I’m keeping the bag, but I also know that I’m never using the zippered compartment on the bottom. Time Resistance does offer a similar bag without the bottom zippered compartment, but it they only offer it with silver-colored hardware (at least on Amazon). All-in-all, this is a quality piece and you can expect to use/have it for a lifetime if you take care of it. If you intend to use it daily as I do, then this means it is money well spent.

the bag is sturdy and reliable. I imagine, with maintenance, it will last a long time. I'm pleased with the size. These types of bags run the fine line of being useful, without being cumbersome and looking like women's purse. Overall, I am pleased. Time will tell the durability, but all signs point to good. It is on the more expensive side, but it seems to be a good value none the less.

We bought this medical bag for my son, as a gift, for his first year of Medical school. He absolutely Loves it and constantly gets compliments on it. It is roomy enough for all of his equipment plus his Surface Pro. He loves that there is a separate, bottom compartment for his Stethoscope. It was a little pricy, but so far it seems like a good quality bag. Hopefully he will have this bag well into his career.

Can’t open bag. Looks great but key is evidently on the cord that is locked inside the bag. Not in any other pockets or the storage bag. Can’t use it without the key.
