Excited
I am a new pond owner, first pond insert and goldfish. I had from the beginning wanted a old green algea filled pond. I did not want to run electricity for a pump so I purchased a solor pump which was not good enough with solor floating fountains, after having the fish and when the water was clear I loved spending time watching the fish. So I bought a pond pump filter from lowes ,it just couldn't keep the algea away and I would spend time sump pumping the water and refilling with new water especially after the rain. So I searched for a new bigger better pump,my pond is only about 250 gallons and the 300 said it was good for up to 225 gallons, I also read you can't over size on a pump ,so I went with the 5 in 1 600. Just cleaned out the pond and put the new pump in last night,I watched several YouTube videos on how this pump works and how to put it together and install it. Super easy . My only concern was once it got dark the light continued to flash ,I'm not sure if the bulb had to warm up but it finally stopped and it looks amazing. My other concern is that this is guaranteed to keep your pond clear but it says for 1 yr. So we will see I hope it lasts alot longer especially with the process I pd.

Making a big difference
I have a 300 gallon stock tank pond and purchased the 900 gallon model. My pond was in shambles due to various filters and pumps constantly bogging down. I hadn't done any maintenance on it in months and the water was completely green and not circulating. I decided to get it together finally and wanted something powerful enough to move the water. This filter has been running while I clean the pond (using API pond products - algaefix, sludge destroyer, and accuClear). In the past these products work well but create particles which bog down the filter. But it doesn't seem to be problem with this powerful pump. The water is clearing up remarkably well and the fountain is still pushing water without a drop in performance. The pump and filter are made out of a very high quality plastic and the whole thing feels very sturdy. It requires two outlets (one for the pump, one for the light I assume). Also note that you can't change the color of the LED. The fountain head options are nice and the height and angle of the pipe is easily adjustable so it will look right in the water if your bottom isn't level. I didn't have any issues with the filter trying to float. The included media seems sufficient. There is noise to hear over the sound of the fountain.I'm hoping this will last a long time but will update my review if there's a problem.

It actually works as advertised!
I purchased this filter to try to address a suspended algae problem in a 7' diameter x 4' deep pond I put in last summer. Already had a pond cartridge filter with charcoal and a second pump for circulation but wasn't having much luck. Decided on the larger version of this pump because of the promise of the UV filter and the volume of water I needed to move. The effects are not immediate, but as you can see in my pics it is a noticeable change. It took my pond a little longer than what others have posted. I think YMMV depending on the volume of water involved and how bad the algae is.I can highly recommend this pump to clean up suspended algae.

Inefficient and Underwhelming:
My experience with the Inpond 5 in 1 Pond & Water Pump, Filter, UV Clarifier has been marked by disappointment and frustration. Despite its promises of convenience and efficient pond maintenance, this product has failed to deliver on its claims, leaving me regretting my purchase.Right from the start, the installation process was far more complex than anticipated. The instructions provided were confusing and poorly illustrated, making it difficult to determine the correct setup. This resulted in unnecessary trial and error, which consumed valuable time and effort. As someone who expected a user-friendly solution, the convoluted installation process was a major letdown. The performance of the product has also fallen short of expectations. The water pump's capacity is abysmally inadequate, leaving my pond's water circulation subpar at best. Despite being marketed as suitable for ponds of a certain size, the pump struggled to maintain a consistent flow and failed to effectively filter the water. The result was murky and stagnant water that was far from the clean and inviting environment I had envisioned. The UV clarifier, which was meant to control algae growth, proved to be equally ineffective. Despite running the clarifier for an extended period, the algae problem in my pond persisted. This left me questioning the potency of the UV technology used and doubting the product's ability to address common pond issues. The overall build quality of the product was also disappointing. The materials used felt flimsy and cheap, and the components lacked the sturdiness required for outdoor use. The UV clarifier's casing, in particular, showed signs of wear and weathering within a short period, raising concerns about its durability over time.Additionally, the promised convenience of the 5-in-1 functionality was overshadowed by the lack of effectiveness in each aspect. The product's inability to perform its core functions has made it feel like a bundle of subpar components rather than a comprehensive solution for pond maintenance. In conclusion, my experience with the Inpond 5 in 1 Pond & Water Pump, Filter, UV Clarifier has been overwhelmingly negative. The product's difficult installation, inadequate performance, poor build quality, and failure to address pond issues make it a purchase I deeply regret. If you're seeking efficient and reliable pond maintenance solutions, I strongly advise considering alternatives from reputable brands that have a track record of delivering on their promises. This product's shortcomings have made it a frustrating and disappointing addition to my pond care efforts.

Great filter unit
The unit includes everything you need to install. Multiple fittings and fountain heads for different effects. Did a great job of clearing my pond water within 24 hours.

Vary nice
Little on the price your side, but I think for what you get it’s probably cheaper than making your own and it is high-quality so you get what you pay for I’m very satisfied

Excellent solid unit
Well designed and an efficient use of space. I was impressed with how solid and well put together the unit is. Concerns about floating in other reviews were a non issue, once full of water the unit sat perfect on the base of our pond. The ball joints make for easy adjustment of the fountain.Only point that I was not expecting was the second power cord. One for the pump, one for the UV light. Not a problem, just needed to adjust how we conceal them.

Incorrect parts
The media could not be loaded. This pond filter doesn’t work well because by the looks of it the piece that needs to first connect to the fountain does not fit, the green connection piece is not wide enough. I had the 300 gallon of the same brand and it worked just fine. But upgraded my pond this spring and bought the next size up for 600 gallon ponds. As you can see from the video. It is leaking. Please help correct this …. Pond filter is too expensive for this type of mistake…

Great Product Out Of The Box, Very Happy
The media could not be loaded. Great product. Instructions were well detailed. Operates as it should. Had to add some weight on top of the unit without covering all the vents to hold it down. Only flaw I felt is that it didn’t come with a cap to cover the additional port to a waterfall accessory. But a small hose and bolt fixed that. Would recommend to anyone.
