Poor Quality Wheels
Bought this to replace the chair I had belonging to the NHS as I was going on holiday, I use it once the day I leave for the airport and it loses one of the wheel nut covers and one wheel is covered in dents and is buckled. Entirely unsafe to use.Plus nowhere on the wheels or chair does it tell you the size of the wheels for them to be replaced, even the product information on here does not say.

Superb Value for Money
Needed a wheelchair quickly for an elderly relative staying with us over New Year. It is very good quality for the money and my Aunt was very comfy in it. It is really easy to fold making it perfect for fitting in the car boot. Would recommend!

not comfortable for disabled person.
I am very disappointed with this wheelchair it squeaks all time and uncomfortable for my husband and not as wide as I understood it to be.very rigid and low handle bars,my husband could feel every bump on pavement.i feel I have wasted £150.00 on something that really can't be used comfortably.it is not as described.i would like a refund and very hard to push .

A couple of points
It seems ok but I found 3 Bad points. 1) As someone stated about the screws coming out of the handrails on the wheels I checked after unpacking and I got at least half a turn on each screw so its worth a check2) After I had unpacked the wheelchair and was recycling the box I noticed that it says (See Picture)"Not to be used as a transport chair in a vehicle" I read through the description again and didnt see this mentioned which is an important point to miss out. Luckly the ambalance workers on my wifes weekly hospital trips didnt have a problem with it or we would have had to return it.3) There is no calf support strap as shown in the picture in the advert which I shall be contacting the seller about.Other than those things it seems to be a OK wheelchair at a fair price.

Really annoying foot rests
This was bought for my husband who has sciatica. It would be a really nice wheelchair if not for a really silly design fault, it folds easily. It has solid tires which will not go flat or puncture and the brakes work well. However, the foot rests are a very bad design. Due to the powder coating on the tube, they are extremely difficult, borderline impossible to fit and then there are fiddly clips. I have had to ask my dad to come down with a rubber mallet to knock the tube in correctly and then attach the clips. There will be no possibility of removing the footrests once they are on. You also have to purchase a seat cushion separately. For the price I paid, I expected better and if this was not needed quickly for a holiday, I would have sent it back.

Works well but screws were loose
Screws between main wheels and self propel wheel were loose and didn't notice until we spotted that one of the spacers and screw were missing.Haven't found a way to contact for spare parts yet.
