so in general these are a good pair of cheap headphones. I only use them in the gym and for that use honestly they're fine. But I have 2 things to say about these.1. The looparound the ear CAN become uncomfortable, but for my ear, I'm perfect fine actually just leave the loop and not really wrap it around my ear, and they don't fall out (inside they offer different sized buds.)2. So I think twice now they won't connect to my iPhone 7 plus while I'm in the gym which was super frustrating. but I found a solution! In case anybody run into the same situation. What you need to do is go into bluetooth settings on your iPhone and forget the "Q7" device (to do so, you click on the "i" info circle next to the device name), then just turn it on again, then it works! Again I've had them for a few months now and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week, it's only happened twice. Hopefully this helps someone out!

Would not hold a charge defective after first two weeks of use.

Quit working the 4th time I used it. The power/synch button quit working, so it is useless. Could not even reset to factory settings.

I am using this product for last few months. It was working fine but all of a sudden, left side mic doesn't work.

Lasted 7 months. didn't have great sound but it did stay on your ears when you run. But the cord catches on your neck when you turn your head. Warranty?

Excellent quality sound. Perfect for running or anything you want. I carry them on my purse in their cute small bag and use it at work, while traveling on a plane, etc. You can answer phone calls just pressign one button. Noise cancelling feature is excellent. Very recommended product.

Great fit and lightweight, however the bluetooth signal is terrible when iPhone is in a pocket or sport carrier. I can't recommend for iPhones, at least. They did provide me a free set, no questions asked, so the service was great, but I can't use.

OK, got what a paid for. Fit is flimsy because the over ear loops are too thin for the wait of the ear buds. Sound quality about 5 of 10. They don't compare to my Jay Bird X ear buds, but I did pay 3 time more for the Jay birds.
