Q: Hey whats the mortality rate for shipping?

I ordered 2 tubes for my daughter’s ant habitat in January and they arrived with only 1 or 2 dead ones in each tube. It is now April and she still has about 30 or more ants alive in her colony! We make sure they have water readily available and give them small chunks of apple weekly. They love it!

Q: What should i do if most of the ants were dead on arrival

I'm not sure . I contacted customer service no response
