Helpful, good flavor, don't get them wet. My water bottled opened and they got wet. Waited for them to dry out, but too hard to unwrap. I like them.

We love these lozenges - they really help.

This winter whenever I felt a tickle in me throat I would use one of these. Whenever I felt a sore throat coming on I would use one. I was well all winter and it felt like the elderberry lozenges kept me that way. Who knows for sure but, three winters in a row and no illness. I carry them in my purse just in case.
