I've used this for bread and cake so far. It's done both well. Also it looks good and is easy to use.

I have just baked, using the mixer for the first time. Slight issue with typing/translation error on my instruction as it advised to remove the bowl turning clockwise (it's supposed to be Anticlockwise) and it took some time (and helpful answer to the question I posted here) to figure it out. After that once I started mixing my heavy dough mixture with a hook, it was amazing how much effort it saved me, not having to knead by hand. 15 seconds on setting 1, then 15 seconds on setting 2, and then 3 minutes on setting 3. Not having it on for more than 3 minutes at the time is a useful tip - pause, and start again if necessary. I have only used it once so far so cannot comment on durability, but fingers crossed, it's a great value for money.

Nachdem wir uns aus ungünsten finanziellen Gründen für diese günstige Knetmaschine von Klarstein entschieden hatten, waren wir am Anfang ehrlich gesagt skeptisch. Zwar wäre eine hochwertige Maschine wie eine Wilfa oder ein gutes Modell von Kenwood, mit der man auch Nudeln machen kann, ein Traum, aber das gibt das Budget leider nicht her und für den günstigen Preis sollte die Maschine vor allem eins können: Teig kneten. Und das tut sie! Wir backen wöchentlich Brot und Brötchen – von normalen Broten über Fladenbrot bis hin zu festem Sauerteig – und waren von den Ergebnissen sehr überrascht. Die Maschine bewältigt selbst feste Teige tadellos. Aufgrund des Knethakens neigt der Teig zwar manchmal dazu, sich am Haken hochzuziehen, und der Haken könnte insgesamt etwas besser an die Rührschüssel angepasst sein, aber auch das ist kein großes Problem. Auch für Eischnee habe ich sie verwendet und das Ergebnis war perfekt. Die Optik im Stil der 50er und 60er Jahre gefällt uns sehr gut, allerdings ist die Haptik des Plastikgehäuses nicht sonderlich überzeugend. Man hat das Gefühl, die Maschine könnte schnell kaputtgehen. Nach fast einem Jahr und zwei- bis dreimaliger Nutzung pro Woche hält sie jedoch stand und macht ihren Job zuverlässig. Ja, auf höchster Stufe ist sie sehr laut und neigt dazu, über den Tisch zu wandern, aber wenn man die Hand darauflegt, ist das kein Problem. Kurzum, es ist eine Maschine ohne Schnickschnack. Die Verarbeitung könnte wertiger sein, aber sie erfüllt ihren Zweck hervorragend. Für ein Zehntel des Preises einer Wilfa ist sie eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zuverlässige Küchenmaschine für ihre Backprojekte suchen.

Super robot, bien puissant pour les pâtes lourdes genre kougelhopf. Attention par contre à ne pas utiliser la feuille pour les pâtes lourdes car la fixation est en plastique et casse vite si celle-ci se coince dans la pâte. Le bras petrisseur est en métal donc niquel. Bon rapport qualité prix je ne regrette pas ! Un peu bruyant mais rien de grave.

Llevamos poco usándola, pero funciona genial y estamos encantados. Buena relación calidad precio.
